• The Name(s) of Donation(s) are listed with your choice of a fitting attribution (limited to 16 words)
• We offer three (3) options for certificate declaration:
  • Donor Direct
  • Memorium Gift
  • Benefactor Gift
• Donor Direct wil include the name of ONE donor per certificate. No multiples are provided on Donor Direct option.
• Memorium and Benefactor Gifts
  • list (up to 4 names) of multiple donors, donating on behalf of another individual
  • Name of the person being memorialized (no multiples; couples and family are considered single entities) will be presented as well
  • The Memorialized individual or entity will be designated as a Supporter of Outdoor Heritage or Benfactor to the Greater Wisconsin Dells Community
  • A listing of each Destination is listed
  • Specific UTM or Lat/Lon coordinates will be displayed on certificates accompanying Endowments
